I'm back after more than two years!

Hi everyone!!! I'm Kelly and I am a 33 year old mother of 3 from Southern California. Been a LONG time since I've been on this site. I used this site to help me lose the baby weight from baby #2 and I achieved my goals and kept the weight off. I now have baby #3. When I as pregnant with #3, I was in a high risk pregnancy so I was not allowed to be active. I was pretty much eating & just sitting down all day every day for months. So I packed on baby weight fast. He's 6 months old now and sleeps all night and takes great naps during the day, so I am able to get back into a routine again. I am unable to go to a gym, so I rely on healthy eating from home, my elliptical machine, Jillian Michaels DVD's, and fast paced walks around the neighborhood to get in shape.

I also recently found out I have "borderline high" cholesterol. Most likely a result of being inactive for almost a year :-/ So I need to get back into an exercise routine to bring that back down to "normal" range. If I could drop my cholesterol about 15 points, that would be awesome.

I would love to become friends with other moms on here who are trying like me to lose that last 10-15lbs that just won't budge!

    Hi, not a mom but I'm a southern Cali dad. I spend most mornings caring for my 1 yr old while my wife works. You should invest in a hiking baby carrier. I take my daughter out a couple of times a week. It's a great calorie burn and she loves it. She even naps most of the time during the hikes.
