6 Week Cut - My First Cut!! Any tips???

Hey there folks,

I am starting my very first cut to see if I'm ready and able to do a bikini or figure competition sometime in the next two years.

For any of you who have ever done a cut, do you have any tips?

My history:

I already meal prep 1-2 times per week and I am doing this with a trainer/nutritionist who I see 2 times per week, and I work out once on my own 1X per week.

I want to lose 10lbs in 6 weeks (or possibly more if it goes well). Should I be looking at adding in an extra day of exercise as well?
