hi ladies
My name is Brigitte I am a 25 year old mother of two. I weigh 130 lbs and am at 18% bodyfat. I mostly lift and train calisthenics. My goal is to be a lean 115-120 and down to 15% body fat but I have not been doing so well in the eating department. Moms on here can understand at times it's difficult to make it into the gym. I am apart of the no excuse mom movement led by Maria Kang. Looking forward to make some awesome friends and continue my journey to better my health! Good luck to you all

    Iam new also. I'm looking for general support with recipes and meal ideas for the whole family to enjoy.
    I also have two children. I'm 31yrs and really struggle with eating the 'right' foods.
    Will be good to share ideas Bridgette as were both new :) x
