Lazy person's bike worth it?

As I am utterly lazy, I bought one of those mini exercise bikes where its basically just the pedals you but don't know whether its worth keeping?
I usually use it when watching shows like Murder she wrote or Poirot so cycle for over an hr usually but I can't tighten it anymore so its quite easy pedaling.
Is there a point to this?

Something is better than nothing. And don't call yourself lazy!0

It's the same concept as standing vs sitting. A million small changes add up to results. Keep on pedaling, something is better than nothing0
