breakfast (need ideas)

I need some good recipes ideas for breakfast. I have 1200 calories a day which is doable but I been having the slim fast for breakfast but I have to cut out my protein at dinner time since I am having so much at lunch and breakfast. Do you have ideas for smoothy type breakfast that I can make that have 5 or less for protein.

Please let me know?

    I eat a bagel thin and hard boiled egg, oatmeal is also very filling and low cal! :smile:

    When I'm in a rush I had a Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich. They're all under 300 calories: whole wheat english muffin or croissant, turkey sausage or low-fat canadian bacon, and egg whites. I think they're really good and good for me. Plus they're really cost effective. I wouldn't want to have one every single morning but it's nice to know I can get a quick, hot, healthy breakfast when I need to.

    2- Cheese & Mushroom Omelet w/Ezekiel Toast and Honey Butter Total: 295 cals( ½ Cup Egg Beaters -60 cal 1 Slice Kraft Singles (2% Milk)-45 cal 1 Slice Ezekiel 4:9 Bread- 80 cal 5- Sliced Baby Bella Mushroom- 20 cal ½ tbsp Country Crock Honey Spread Butter- 30 cal 1 of Cup Coffee (2 tbsp Non Fat Creamer 60 cal & 3 Splenda)
