I'm a stay at home mom of three and trying to get back into shape. I was in the military and working g out everyday was just apart of the job so I'm trying to get that mindset back.

    I too am a stay at home mom of 2 disabled little boys & they depend on me for all there needs & I'm struggling to lose this weight I've carried from having them for 3 years now. Please add me :)!
