Water weight (rant warning!)

Morning all!
So here I am going along; eating sensibly (1600 calories a day), drinking lots of water and exercising (spinning class 2 or 3 times a week) and have lost 7lb over 3 weeks, which I am chuffed about because my birthday (23!) was coming up and I wanted to look nice.
Not so...
After squeezing in an extra spinning class, my weight has gone up by 4lb overnight and refuses to go back down!!:noway: It's definitely water weight (I'm 215 pounds with the added weight - definitely still enough to shift). The heat probably hasn't helped either but it's annoying when your mind takes over and starts adding imaginary inches. Does anyone have any advice on how to shift it? I've tried drinking more water, sleeping more but nothing seems to be working!

You lose 7lbs in 3 weeks... that is great progress.
Don't weigh yourself after exercise. Your muscles will retain water for repair. Relax and be patient... it will come off.0
