Hi Everyone,

I'm not new to this process, and I'm still making progress! I've lose about 37 lbs total!! This has not been over night. In fact I stopped, for a year, working on anything, because another drunk driver hit my car. This was the second accident in five years.

So this has been a long journey for me! I've using the T25 DVD's 5 times a week and I go 2 times a week at the Y for total body fitness class and I eat 6 smalls meals a day. My cal. range is between 1200 to 1600 a day. I'm never hunger and I lose about a 1.25 a week. I will be 53 years old on March 20 2015. This time next year I will be at my goal weight!!!
