Push-ups and planks. If you can get a pull-up bar then those are great too. To expand on this there are some great body weight programmes which can be done with little equipment, such as You Are Your Own Gym.0

I exercise at home....from weight lifting (heavy weights) to circut training using fitnessblender.com and dvds0

Thanks KarenJanine I have heard about the pull up bars before so I might get one! Got to practice push ups though haha
Thanks again!

squats, lunges, jumping jacks, small hand weights -- biceps, triceps, got a physio ball -- LOTS of things you can do with that,0

Physio ball sounds good

fitness blender videos on youtube are awesome, can stream through a smart TV too so its up on a bigger screen, they do some epic 1000 calories workouts and many of them are bodyweight only (no equipment needed) routines x0

Thanks aliceb83,
That would be helpful as I don't have any equipment at the moment I'll definitely be trying that x0 -
Thankyou Therealobi1
They are very helpful!0 -
I use cans and store bought weights, tbands, yoga, pilates, and my own weight. I want to buy some dvds to workout to. My issue is motivation0

Hi Fitness blender is great and I use the pump up app as well0

I have 3 kids and homeschool 2 of them so I HAVE to workout from home. I'm currently training for my first 5K so I have been doing between 30-60min on the treadmill and I use the workout trainer app for my strength training. I have a few free weights and a kettlebell. When I need a break from that sometimes I just crank up the music and dance, which my kids love. On weekends I go outside to walk/run.0
