What exercises do you like most? (gym equipment)

I started going to the gym for the first time ever about a week ago. I am trying to lose some weight but for the most part just trying to tone and build some muscle.
Which machines, methods, etc. do you find that work best for you? Most efficient? I am pretty clueless when it comes to working out, outside of cardio.
Trying to tone my biceps. mostly underneath, they are flappy. I refer to them as 'bingo wings'
Also my stomach and butt.

If you want to build muscle, you must prioritize protein in your diet.
Squats, bench press, shoulder press, deadlifts and calf raises are great. 3 x sets of a weight you can complete a 6-8 rep range.
Do that for two weeks then 3x10 reps. When you complete that, either up the weight by a few lbs or increase your sets.
If you're going to do cardio, ensure you do HIIT cardio (bursts of sprinting) not the low intensity rubbish (walking on a treadmill for an hour) that's pointless and can hinder your muscle building results.0
