Trying to come back down

I joined MFP years ago, but didn't use it for a while, and for the past few months I've been sporadic. Since last summer I've put on 15 pounds (going from 138 to 153). I started trying to lose weight at 146, but it keeps creeping up. I've upped my exercise (elliptical and a bootcamp class, so getting a combo of strength and cardio) to about 4, sometimes 5 times a week. I have a desk job, but have a standing desk, so I'm not sitting much.

Anyway, I really want to get back to 138 (where I'd been for almost 5 years... prior to that I hit my max at 168 but worked my way down), and possibly 135 as a secondary goal. I'm 5'4", so this should be very attainable. I'm realizing that I can't do it by myself like I did the first time. I'm good about eating healthy for the most part, but my portion sizes are bigger than they should be (trying to work on that without going too hungry. I'm hoping to find a few people to help support me and keep me honest and focused. Thanks!
