Surely it's all in portion sizes?
I can have anything for dinner and not feel stuffed so long as I don't eat too much of it.
Last night I had a muffin with cheese, 2 poached eggs, coleslaw and a salad. I make soup and find those very filling without making you feel blergh.0 -

Any suggestions for high protein?0 -
I try to mix things up so that I dont get bored. Soups, stir fries, noodles, stews, etc all with different proteins mixed in. Good luck!0

I love buying a bag of coleslaw and style crying it with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and a protein of choice. If you want a carb with it, it's great with quinoa! It's a classic here!0
