I'm going out for Tapas on my lunch break...all fresh food obviously, fresh fish, greens etc. But how do I work out the calories? What do people do?

    Options
    Estimate based upon something similar in the database and add additional fats. There are some YouTube videos surrounding this topic if you check the "Team 3DMJ" channel.
