hey I have heard they are very helpful, but I would just like someone's opnion who has taken them or is taking them

    I've not taken them but I can tell you that, like all these types of pills, they will not do anything.

    Who told you they are helpful? What kind of results has this individual actually achieved?

    What are they helpful for? What do you think will happen if you take them?

    I've taken them - made no difference. Nor did any of the other "miracle weight loss supplements" I tried.
