    It takes your brain 20 minutes to tell your stomach that you've eaten. Chewing more, putting cutlery down between bites, talking inbetween meals all help to stretch time spent eating.

    Most people who have been overweight recognize a full feeling. But feeling full means you've already eaten too much. The feeling of satiety however, the delicate line between full and just a little hungry, is so subtle that most people miss it.
