My health has not been my friend over this past year. However I am back and fully treated for hypothyroid so I should be good to go. I need to go from 181-120 so alot left to lose. 61 total I know I can do it. I can't lose weight the regular way so I know I need to do low carb but not as low as atkins. I can't do gluten anymore so that shouldn't be a major issue. i am already down a pound from last week. How many of you have had stop and starts. Going in the right direction though.

I certainly have lost and gained the same pounds over and over on numerous times however about 3 years ago I got to my goal weight and kept it off until about 6 months ago. It's definitely a mind game but we can do it. Just keep remembering why you started this journey.

Way to go for getting back on it! I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism as well and have cut out gluten and dairy. Feel free to add me! :)

Hi. Glad to hear it is not just me that starts and stops. I'm also hypothyroid. I seem to gain and lose the same 4 lbs over and over. Getting back in it, I want to take off 15-20lbs, starting small, want to take off more than my standard 4 lbs.
