My health has not been my friend over this past year. However I am back and fully treated for hypothyroid so I should be good to go. I need to go from 181-120 so alot left to lose. 61 total I know I can do it. I can't lose weight the regular way so I know I need to do low carb but not as low as atkins. I can't do gluten anymore so that shouldn't be a major issue. i am already down a pound from last week. How many of you have had stop and starts. Going in the right direction though.

I certainly have lost and gained the same pounds over and over on numerous times however about 3 years ago I got to my goal weight and kept it off until about 6 months ago. It's definitely a mind game but we can do it. Just keep remembering why you started this journey.0

Way to go for getting back on it! I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism as well and have cut out gluten and dairy. Feel free to add me!0

Hi. Glad to hear it is not just me that starts and stops. I'm also hypothyroid. I seem to gain and lose the same 4 lbs over and over. Getting back in it, I want to take off 15-20lbs, starting small, want to take off more than my standard 4 lbs.0
