I don't have any monitors for running pace and distance. I can't afford one right now either :/. So anyway I ran 2200 steps in 9 minutes. Can that help me in any way? Is there a possible formula I could use?

If you know how big each step was, you could multiply by 2200 to get your distance. Do you have a smart phone with GPS? There are tons of running apps that will calculate your pace for you.

Conversely, you could run a course with a set distance and see how long it takes.

It would be easier to map your course online (mapmyrun will let you map a route) or drive the route with a car and figure distance than it would be to translate steps.

I assume you don't have a smartphone. If you do there are tons of free apps.

Try Endomondo, it's pretty good app and it's free!

    In order of my recommednation:

    Endomondo

Zombies, Run! does track mileage and pace, but it's not free. I think it's well worth the money, and am looking forward to the Season 4 episodes.
