Upper back pain while walking?

Hey guys! I'm a big fan of walking. I love it! On top of other cardio and weights, of course. I find it relaxing and I love that time with just me and the pavement. But lately, every time I go walking for more than ten minutes, my upper back begins to ache. It's almost like my posture is terrible or something but I've been working on my posture for years and I stand quite straight. But if I try to stand even straighter when it starts hurting, it hurts worse. Is there a reason for this that I'm not aware of? I'd love some insight!

It could be any number of things. Seek medical advice.
If not injured, it could be stress muscles. Constant contracting (without you knowing).0
