Not that into it....but trying!

hello! I am a part time substitute teacher and full time mom of 4! I have never been that into working out! I like eating right but I don't by any means like diet food if that makes sense. I'm mid 30's now and notice it's not as easy to get lbs off like I used to! I'm on day 3 of this fitness thing. Becoming aware of my caloric intake has been by far the greatest shocker! I thought I was a pretty healthy person but wow! My first day I doubled my calorie goal! Yikes! I hate to exercise but I need to lose 25 lbs. so here I am. Anyone else share my need for health but distaste for change?? Lol!
