Hi!
I'm Lilly from Atlanta area. So my whole life I have been overweight and recently it has gotten worst I'm 5 foot even and currently about 208 pounds.
I have four kids and it seems I have gained 20 pounds each one.
I have trouble with motivation I have exercise machines at home and a weight system but get into frumpy moods.
I'm really hoping honest calorie counting will help me instead of a fad diet.
My dream goal is 120 so here's hoping

You can do this. The first step is always the hardest

And the third step can be rough. And the fourth. But you make good choices and they snowball. :-)0
