However, I did NOT allow myself to self medicate with food. That is a first for me, and especially important, since I will be at a dinner meeting tonight with no idea what will be available to eat.On those days, I try to be especially mindful of what I eat during the day , to allow myself extra for that. I also plan to exercise before the meeting, so maybe that will help. Wouldn't mind a little encouragement, though!!

    That is so great!!! Sounds like you have a lot chances to make a mistake today (bad mood, dinner meeting), but instead you are making sure you are trying your hardest to not do so. That is AWESOME! You've got this. :)

    Let out all the negativity during your workout. Emotional eating can be a very bad habit for some.
