Beast - Nico Vega. Has been on my playlist for months and I never get tired of it.
Anything Can Happen - Ellie Goulding
Aerials - System of a Down
    Masterpiece - Jessie J
    Starships - Nikki Minaj
Flawless (remix) - Nikki Minaj ft. Beyonce YAAAASSS!

I think I have Sound of Madness, I need to check my playlist. Oh and thank you coonuya1 for reminding me that I DO NOT HAVE ANY PAULA ABDUL. At all. Must get on that.

Fuel, 3 Doors Down, 3rd Eye Blind, anything with a good bass line and a disco beat can keep my pace going steady.

I love "Titanium" by Sia, and even though I can't *stand* Kanye West or Eminem, I also love "Not Afraid", "Til I Collapse", and "Stronger."

For intense cardio, Metallica for sure.

Lifting is all hip hop and pop. Squatting in time when the bass drops is a beautiful thing.

Old school: Bowie, U2, Tom Petty, Elvis Costello, Clash, Queen, The Cure, and when the Stones' "*kitten*" comes on, I move twice as fast.

I have almost no tolerance for music I don't care for, and it can be a problem. It's as though someone is pouring acid in my ears. So years ago when I joined Curves, I just couldn't stand all the 80s Donna Summer-type music they blasted all the time. I wasn't looking for a reason to stop going. I just dreaded going.

Hahahaha -- automatic moderation, I see! ***** = female dog. What a great Stones song.

Punk rock! The harder and louder the better.

Right now I've got Propagandhi, MDC, Sick of it All, Cro-Mags, and Discharge on my playlist.

I tend to do instrumental guitar with a driving 4/4 beat that hits BPM (beats per minute) at the cadence and pace I'm running.

This is my favorite 6:30 to 6:45/mile pace tune at the moment. Set it on repeat for 4 iterations as loud as the headphones/ear buds will take it, left foot hits on the 1-beat, run in time with the tempo of the song, crank out a sub-20 minute 5k workout.

For workouts I like old heavy metal (anthrax, Megadeath etc), 90's grunge (Nirvana, Pearl Jam), some newer stuff like Nickleback, One Rebublic, Hozier.
For Running I run to military cadence songs

What are military cadence songs and where do you find them? The name reminds me of Sheldon and Penny singing working songs while making flowery hair clips in the BBT :)

Depends on what I'm doing. I have hundreds of playlists for exercise. Weightlifting, yoga, different types of cardio. I'm really picky, as I usually need good motivating lyrics as well as the beat and musicality.

Here are some of my favs:
"Shake it Out"--Florence and the Machine
    "Centuries"--Fall Out Boy
"Let Your Heart Hold Fast"--Fort Atlantic
    "Safe and Sound"--Capital Cities
    "These Times"--Safety Suit
    "Dancing on My Own"--Robyn
    "Battle Cry"--Angel Haze and Sia
    "Someting in the Water"--Carrie Underwood

    "Stay Alive"--Jose Gonzalez
    "Follow Your Arrow"--Kasey Musgraves
"Born to be Alive (Full Vocal Remix)"--Disco Kings
    "You Gotta Be"--Des'ree
    "Invincible"--Kelly Clarkson
    "Warrior"--Ke$ha
    "Fly"--Nikki Minaj and Rihanna
"Is Anybody Out There?"--K'naan featuring Nelly Furtado
"Hall of Fame"--The Script featuring will.i.am
    "Swim"--Jack's Mannequin
    "Strip Me"--Natasha Bedingfield
