I have a challenge group starting in april called IFIT challenge group. I will be doing a hybrid between 21 day fix and piyo maybe a little chalene extreme. ANyone want in on this?

    Hello. I'm doing PiYo now and have done CE many times before. I have heard of 21 day fix, what is it?

    I would be interested in a hybrid group. I am doing 21DF now and will probably start doing both that and PiYo sometime in April. Let me know if you create a group. Definitely interested.
