Need help planning workouts

So far I have just been using cardio.Elliptical and the Bike. I enjoy these two workouts and increase the resistance when it seems to be getting easier. I want help boosting my workouts. I am 5'8, 240lbs and have restrictions on what I can do with my knees. I have had surgery on the L and the right is not always the most stable. Both sublux and I wear a J brace on the L to help prevent this. Ideally I would love to find a site with weekly workouts for thick women ;) . Or, someone who would be willing to do a weekly workout workup for me. I am at the gym for about an hour and a half, 30 of that is spent in the sauna. I am willing to stay longer if the workout deems it so. I go 5-6 days a week. Anyone willing to re-direct to a good site or to do the workup for me?
