Hi!. I have been vegan for seven years and vegetarian three years before that. My husband makes his own faux meats from gluten, tofu, vitamins, amino acids, seasonings etc. I am a sugar addict. I am 5'0" and once went from 140 to 97 pounds. I gained back to 120 pounds twice and am starting over for the last time. My goal weight is 105.
I have been on a relatively low carb diet of between 40-60 net carbs and have lost six pounds but have stalled.
My Scooby stats are BMR 1144, TDEE 1573, calorie goal 1259, macros 40% carbs 30% fat 30% protein.
I do Nordic pole walking six days a week for one hour and circuit training for 20-35 minutes 3 x week.
Any advice? I need all the vegan buds I can get!
