Night snacking

i work afternoons shifts. I get home late. This budgeted I do most of my snacking. Any ideas how to cut this out. I do it out if boredom. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks

    You could make sure you dont have snacky foods available.
    Drink a big glass of water to fill your stomach.
    Or choose healthier snacks that are filling, like taking 1/3 cup popping corn in a lunch bag. Microwave it roughly 1:40 minutes. Melt a tbsp of butter, dump in the bag with some salt and shake! Couple hundred calories and very satisfying for the boredom crunching.
