Is it enough to build muscle?

never done it, but from what I understand it is primarily cardio, so i am going to go with a no on this one...0

No. It's a cardio dvd. There is some work with small weights but it might ease you in to the heavy ones
All joking aside, as workout DVDs go it's good. I tried it out a few years ago before I'd started lifting. I jumped about the living room with my daughter - a good laugh and something to get you into fitness if you've never been interested before (that was me). You definitely won't build muscle with it though.
If you're already a regular gym goer, I wouldn't bother.
If you want to build muscle at home you could look into Convict Conditioning or You Are Your Own Gym.0
