Doea anyone know if one can start exercising 5 weeks after giving birth? I have started doing mild, very low impact exercises but i don't know when i can start upping my intensity.

I started to slowly increasing the level of exercise after my postpartum checkup close to 7 weeks. You really should get it approved by your OB first for anything other than low impact. If you had a c-section if might take a little longer. If you nurse increase your intensity gradually once your doctor says it's OK.1
