Postpartum exercising

Doea anyone know if one can start exercising 5 weeks after giving birth? I have started doing mild, very low impact exercises but i don't know when i can start upping my intensity.

You shouldn't do anything more strenuous than walking until your doctor clears you at your postpartum appointment, typically around 6 weeks. I know how you feel though, it's hard to wait! Good luck!0
