    I got the bonus boost of noob water loss + fortuitous monthly timing and lost 5 pounds my first week, LOL. Water weight is a thing.

    Doubt me? Play my little game. Weigh yourself RIGHT before you get in bed tonight, and then first thing in the morning. (OK, second. Hit the can first) My PR overnight loss was 4 pounds -- all of it water through fun and fabulous late night bathroom trips and middle-aged-late-night sweats.
