    that didnt last long. It was inaccurate, and hindered my weight loss. But it may work for some people.

    Mirroring all other sentiments -- you look wonderful, and that is a helluva job!

    And your stats sound so similar to mine -- I started in the 2-teens and am aiming to get down to around 165, so around 50lbs. as well! Currently, I'm still in the 200s but close to 200, thank God, lol...

    Anywho, as for the imaging issue, all you need are the [ img] and [ /img] (with no spaces) tags right before and right after the url/link -- you don't need to have the actual "url" term anywhere in the equation. So:

    [ img]http://www.myfitnesspal.com/image.jpg [ /img] (again, without spaces -- just inserted those so the code would appear correctly in this example) ;)
