Recumbent Bike Workouts for 8-Level tension bikes?

Options
Seems like all the workouts I find for my new bike are based on bikes that have a tension level of up to 15. Does anyone know of any for a machine with a max of 8 or should I just do the workout assuming that my 1-8 tension levels equate to the levels listed in ( ) below?

Level 1 (1-2)
Level 2 (3-4)
Level 3 (5-6)
Level 4 (7-8)
Level 5 (9-10)
Level 6 (11-12
Level 7 (13-14)
Level 8 (15)

Oh.. Also this is the Semi-Recumbent I have if it is of any help in determining this.
