Rotisserie options
Hello All,
I am relative new here to this community and like much of what I've seen thus far. I have a grill that has a built-in infrared rotisserie complete with motor to turn the spit. I have done chicken on it and it was fantastic. But I can't seem to think of much else to use it for. Any suggestions or recipes would be greatly appreciated.
**I am also considering getting one of those rotisserie baskets.

I've tried a couple of these, using the spit on my BBQ and they were good. The Greek lamb and the Southwestern Pork were the ones I tried, and they were yum, and the rest look good!0
