What is so wrong with just doing it with a calorie deficit and some sensible eating? You're young, you don't have a lot to lose. Why the need for the magic pills, body wraps etc?

Not a lot of nice reviews online of them. OTC diet pills are mostly bunk. Save your money OP and eat a deficit.

I'm like 90% sure Ephedra is still illegal in the USA ( OP's profile doesn't say where she is from, but for the lurkers)
The Food and Drug Administration banned the weight-loss supplement ephedra as of April 2004

    http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/magazine-archive/2010/march/health/ephedra/overview/ephedra-ov.htm
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has collected more than 800 reports of serious toxicity, including more than 22 deaths. On February 6, 2004, the FDA issued a rule prohibiting the sale of dietary supplements containing ephedrine alkaloids (ephedra). This rule was issued because supplements with ephedra present a serious risk of illness or injury.

According to Mayo clinic- still illegal.
