Hello, I am just doing like a generic walmart mens multi and adding a 1000iu Vitamin D to that, I would guess that should be good for you as well at least at this point. Make sure you are keeping your protein up and

    Good luck!!

Unless you have a specific medical issue, why take an mvi? Just eat a balanced diet and you'll get plenty of vitamins/minerals.

The only multi-vitamin I would whole-heartly suggest is Canadian Protein 'Super-Men' Multi-vitamin. I've never seen any multi-vitamin as complete as this one:

Look it up here (they also have an American site).

Sure, it's expensive at $45 for 315g of powder, and they suggest taking 3 scoops per day (3.5g), but that lasts 3 months. I only take 2g/day, which would make the bag last me nearly 6 months and only $0.30/day. It's really not that expensive.

I use One-A-Day Men's Pro Edge. I chose that one over others because of the magnesium (which a couple others I looked at didn't have).
