Lent Options and Chipotle Sofritas opinions

I am on my own for dinner tomorrow as my wife is going out with some girlfriends. I am curious if anyone has some favorite restaurants/quick meals without meat?

Has anyone tried the sofritas at Chipotle? I am curious to give this a try. Otherwise I would get something like Wendy's Cod Sandwich.

Thanks!

I tried it when they were piloting it a couple of years ago. I thought it was surprisingly tasty.

I love the sofritas. I usually have a salad with sofritas, black beans, and salsa. It's possible to build a salad with surprisingly low calories (even under 400). Like many items at Chipotle, the sodium is high. I don't track sodium particularly, but I do try to drink a lot of water for the rest of the day when I have this for lunch.

I've also had veggie burritos with beans, rice and veggies...delicious! Not while using MFP though, too many calories for me!

I usually get a burrito bowl with steak or chicken and no cheese or sour cream. When I do this the meal is generally pretty low calorie. I was just curious if I substitute the meat with the sofritas if it would still be good. Sounds like it has gotten some good reviews overall.

I'm getting the sofritas tonight! I really like them! I build the burrito bowl with sofritas, black beans, lots of romaine, and the salsa. Very filling and tasty.
