What are your "go-to" foods/snacks/satisfyers?

I've only been logging about 10 days now and it has revolutionized my choices. I still blow it but already I'm seeing the benefits of logging something I have never stuck to in my long life. I'm encouraged by you folks who have been doing this for years! Thanks! Food though is problematic for me. I think about it all the time and have been giving myself other things to do and trying to retrain my self. However, when I do eat I always feel like I want to get the most filling, tasteful, bank for my calorie buck! What do you suggest?
