So I am very new to this whole thing. I am very over weight and I don't want to be anymore. I have started tracking my food and it has really helped me to start make better choices when eating. It has only been a week but so far so good! I am also going to be walking more now that the weather is nice. My job is doing a walking challenge. I never would have signed up before but I really want to try. My friends also started doing CKO Kickboxing. I took one class and while it kicked my butt, I really liked it. I am going back again. I know it will be a process and I know it won't be over night . I am getting married next year and I just want to look and feel better then I do today. So thank you everyone who posted their success stories. They are all an inspiration and motivation to me!!

Sounds like you're off to a great start! It's amazing how logging food accurately, especially in the first few weeks of new efforts toward improved health can totally kick-start your progress. Combined with the exercise you've added, great results are coming!
