Hello everyone :blush:

I thought I'd share my favourite breakfast shake with you all!

• 300 ml skimmed milk
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
• 1 heaped tsp of instant coffee
• 1 heaped tbsp of oats
• a few icecubes (optional)

    I love a coffee and vanilla protein shake in the morning!! Have you tried almond milk in place of the skim milk? A cup of unsweetened almond milk is only 30 calories, which I found really helped my calorie counts (I was using 2% milk)

    I did something similar with chocolate protein powder and for brew coffee when I was pregnant. It was yummy and settled my tummy in the mornings when I needed to eat, but chewing made me gag. Pregnancy is weird.

    Hi. I've just started my diet after trying the "juice diet" which I failed at! I was to hungry + have ibs so was in pain....trying 2 cut down my calories not..........This shake sounds good, do you know how many calories are in it? X

    Oh dear! I tried juicing for a few days and failed haha :(

    My vanilla Protein powder is 91 cals per scoop with 1.5 sugar and 1.5 carbs with 17.5 protein I'm not sure about the coffee or milk but I don't think it would be that much!

    I'm currently drinking an optimum nutrition cookies and cream shake its soooo yummy! X
