I have had my UP for almost 6 months. I love it. It's definitely not a necessity, but I enjoy the features and my husband and I compete to see who is more active. Anyways, when calculating my TDEE from Scooby or other sites, my TDEE is always around 2300-2400. My UP band says that my daily burn is only 1300-1440 on non workout days and 1700-1900 on workout days which seems about right since my HRM calculates about 360 calories burned for my workouts.
Should I use the 1900 for a baseline of my TDEE since it's specific for me and then subtract the 15% from that? I just don't want to eat too little or too much on the 2300 TDEE.
I am 5'2, 152, 29% BF. Thoughts?
