Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh Calories?

Today I recovered a frozen pack of chicken thigh fillets from the freezer. They weighed 1.6 lbs. There was no calorie count on the package, so I looked online for raw, boneless, skinless thighs. The calories varied from 30 to 50 calories per ounce. Now normally this wouldn't bother me, but I want to be as close as possible and I plan to eat most of the chicken. What's the correct CPO?
