I'm Laura. I'm 39 and 191 lbs. I'm having a hard time staying motivated. Been doing DDP yoga for 3 months. I've lost inches but my weight is hovering at 190. I don't see a difference even with inches lost. It's hard not to get discouraged. Anyway thanks for listening.

Losing inches is a good thing. I would suggest looking at your food plan and determine if you are in a caloric deficit. Cut back a few calories and see if there is progress after a few weeks. If not, cut back a few more until you are losing weight. It's a long process and congrats on your success so far. Keep it up.0
