How many times should I do weights? I don't want to bulk up just tone up while I am losing the weight

When you're losing weight, you don't have the extra calories your body would need to make muscle mass. So don't worry about bulking (which would be tough for a woman even if you were not dieting).0

This, and also if you are wanting to lift there are plenty of programs that will outline how often to lift, what muscles on what days etc. I prefer stronglifts 5x5 but others will also suggest New Rules of Lifting for Women. Good luck to you.
