Digital Scale Issue Anyone?

Options
So my husband and I own two scales. One is a digital and the other one is the regular scale.
On the digital scale, I weigh 196.8
On the regular scale, I weigh 191

My husband weighs 220 on the digital
and on the regular, 215.

We decided to experiment with the regular scale.
We put eight pound dumbbells and on it and it read 16lbs
We then put two bags of 4lb sugars on it and it read 8lbs.

We are more inclined to believe the regular scale over the digital because of the accurate readings of the weights and sugar.
Anyone else have these issue between these two types of scales?

And don't even get me started with Dr;s scales. I am always like 10lbs heavier. lol

Our regular scale was never even close to accurate. Get on it three times in a row and get three different weights. I don't really think it matters all that much as long as the weight is consistant.

I have a digital. I weight in on Monday morning right after I get out of bed and going to the bathroom. I will get a weight. I decided to get on again 2 minutes later and I weighed 4 lbs heavier. Tried again and was 6 lbs lighter. Brand new lithium battery. Mine has water weight sensors so I can't put any other weights to test it. So I have decided to pick a happy medium and estimate my weight. The new age electronics are not always the best.
