late night exercise

So around 8 o clock i cant rlly go outside because its winter and its already dark.... but i also cant do cardio because our house has got thin walls and floor and you can hear it rlly loudly downstair so i was wondering how i could burn 250 calories or so? Without doing cardio in around or under an hour?

    Low impact = quiet. There is low impact cardio too. I use Leslie Sansone DVDs. On YouTube look up Jessica Smith TV....she has lots of low impact stuff.

    get yourself a running head lamp, and some bright and warm clothes. go run outside.
