Stretching ... Do it!

Just to note: Alot of exercises require an ROM that needs flexibility to perform. For example, stiff legged deadlifts. So just because some people may not been seen stretching before or after a workout, it doesn't mean they aren't less flexible than those that do.
I hardly do any static stretching after a workout, yet I can easily front kick higher than I am tall.

I worked out this morning and then stretched!! My body is thanking me for that quality stretch! Thanks for listening everyone out there...stretching is great for the body0
