Just out of interest. You have 450 calories left at the end of the day and you are a bit peckish. What would you eat?

    Almonds are something I don't get very often, 'cause the calories add up fast.
    Chocolate, ice cream, maybe a Long Island iced tea. (As long as the macros are already taken care of.)

    If you're looking for healthy stuff...:
    greek yogurt with oatmeal & fruit stirred in
    PBJ
    avocado
    cheese
    nuts
    a wrap with chicken, avocado, leafy greens, whatever else sounds good
    tortilla chips with cheese melted on, topped with chopped avocado, salsa, maybe black beans

    But last time it happened to me, after I had dinner, I have a serving of ice cream and a 190 calories chocolate.

    I would have to look at what I had eaten the rest of the day to see if I could use more protein or something and then I would decide based on that. Maybe a sandwich and a glass of milk.
    I prelog my day and plan meals so this never actually happens at the end of the day.

    You can have a pretty good full meal for that many calories.

    It would depend on my macros and what sounded good.

    Last night I had 2 servings of Cheez-Its and a Coke for around that calorie count. Normally I go for something like chocolate covered almonds.

    I usually don't do well when I'm in a pinch. Most of the time when this happens to me it's after I've eaten a big lunch. I think WTH am I going to do. I dwell to much on what I have already eaten and just give up. Oh I've already messed up this day. I know I need to have a plan so when this does happen I know what to do. Maybe next time I'll have a meal replacement shake for dinner, that's about 250 of the calories and 200 more in maybe hummus and carrots or hummus and triscuits. Thanks for making me figure that out, I'm not good when this happens to me.
