Attention Trainers/ fitness instructors

i lead 6 boot camp style classes a week. 4 of which are focused on lifting hand weights. I typically use 10 and 8 pounders. We lift to burn out then focus on cardio then back to hand weights to burn out then cardio again etc. etc. I am EXHAUSTED and starving through the week. What can I do to get more energy and not eat myself out of house and home??
