Help! How can I significantly raise my HDL level?

Regular exercise; healthy fats from things like avocados, almonds and other nuts, olives and olive oil, eat more fish...particularly salmon and/or tuna, etc.0

Be more active
Choose better fats...coconut oil rocks
alcohol in moderation.
Lose weight if overweight..

Yeah, just drop your consumption of simple carbs and saturated fats. Mono and polyunsaturated fats are really beneficial to the body and brain. These are the fats that aren't solid at room temp. Cook with more almond oil/coconut oil and eat lean meat for dinner most days....like salmon, chicken, etc. Increase your intake of complex carbs like sweet potatoes and whole grains...Aim for organic produce as well. Soluble fiber from fruits and veggies will help filter your blood. And of course don't neglect exercise and drinking adequate amounts of water. Just live a healthy and balanced lifestyle it's quite simple.0
