just started working out again and have a back disability from the military. What are some of y'all's tricks to weightloss? Has anyone tried the green smoothie diet?

I have never tried the green smoothie diet, but for me the biggest help is just tracking and logging food and exercise. It's tough when you go from being more to less active (I am guessing true for you as well). I also started with a personal trainer (free with my gym) who can work with you to make exercises to work around any injuries etc. Good luck!0
